Our region is known for its striking rock formations and diverse hiking opportunities. There are numerous mountain huts that serve as important bases for hikers, climbers and mountaineers. They offer overnight accommodation, catering and shelter in the event of changes in the weather, as well as a wonderful opportunity for day trippers to stop for a bite to eat. Most huts are open from the end of May to October and can be reached via easy or difficult paths.
